What we keep.
Written to be read, not skipped. If a line here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it in words that make sense.

The account you create
When you join the dojo we store your email address and — if you sign in with Google — the name and picture Google sends us. The sign-in itself is handled by our backend provider; we never see or store your password.
Your dojo profile
You choose a dojo name and a country. Both are shown where other players can see them: the leaderboards and your grading certificates. Nothing else about you is shown to anyone.
Scores, belts and certificates
Every training session and grading you complete is stored with the app, the mode, the belt, your score and the time it happened. This is what builds your belt history, your certificates and the leaderboards.
Visitors who never sign in
We count page views so we know how many people find the dojo. Each visit is recorded with the page, the time, the site you came from, and an anonymous random code kept in your browser. We do not store names, accounts or IP addresses for these visits.
Advertising
Some pages carry ad banners from Google AdSense. When ads are shown, Google may use cookies to choose ads based on your earlier visits to this or other sites, and may report reach and interaction with the ads. That is Google's own processing under its own policy — we neither see nor control it.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, we do not pass your email to marketers, and we do not run the dojo for advertising profiles. The data we hold exists to make the dojo work.
Children and students
The dojo is built for school-age players. We ask only for an email, a dojo name and a country — no birth dates, no school names, no photos. A teacher or parent can ask us to remove a student's account at any time.
Your choices
You can change your dojo name and country whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account and every score, belt and certificate tied to it. Write to feedbackkungfumath@gmail.com and we carry it out.
Cookie consent
Once advertising is switched on, visitors from the EU and UK see a consent banner before ad cookies are set, and can decline without losing access to training.
